Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure of a fighter pilot of the US Air Force from the period of the Korean War (1950-1953) in 1:72 scale from the brand Aerobonus. The man in period flight gear will complement a model of an American fighter of the early jet era.
The Korean War was the first large conflict of jet fighters. American pilots flew machines such as the F-86 Sabre and wore flight overalls, leather jackets and helmets with an oxygen mask. The figure captures the typical appearance of a pilot of that time.
The figure is cast in resin, so before gluing wash the remains of the mold release agent off the parts and carefully cut off the casting blocks. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and sand with respiratory protection. It is advisable to apply a primer first for adhesion and to paint the figure with a brush, with the emphasis on the face and the folds of the clothing; a final wash will bring out the details.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin casting. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package.
