This is not an aircraft kit but a 3D printed resin detail set from the manufacturer Reskit. The package holds four AIM-7F Sparrow III medium-range air-to-air missiles in the low visibility finish in 1:32 scale. Missiles of this family were carried by a number of American fighters, among them the Phantom, the Tiger, the Eagle, the Fighting Falcon, the Tomcat and the Hornet.
Printed missiles have sharper fins, fine surface detail and clean shapes that outdo injection-molded plastic or older castings. They fill out the stores of a model and give it a faithful combat look.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports and clean the faces up with respiratory protection. The thin fins are brittle, so work with a feel for them. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Check that the surface is smooth before painting, as a low visibility scheme calls for matte gray shades and fine lettering.
This is an accessory, supplied as 3D printed parts, unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
