Yahu Models, Nakajima Ki-43-II instrument panel 1:72 is a finished color photo-etched panel that is simply glued into the cockpit and needs no painting.
Responsibility details are not available.
The panel from the Polish manufacturer Yahu Models is a finished, factory color-printed instrument panel made of laminated photo-etched parts. The colored dials are set off by gloss varnish imitating the instrument glasses. It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory for the cockpit that replaces the basic part from the kit and needs no painting and no decals. At the small 1:72 scale the panel elegantly solves instruments that are otherwise hard to paint.
The Nakajima Ki-43 Hayabusa, known to the Allies by the reporting name Oscar, was a Japanese single-seat fighter of the imperial army in the Second World War. The Ki-43-II version brought a more powerful engine and further changes. The machine was famous for its excellent agility and was the most widespread Japanese army fighter.
The panel is glued in with super glue (cyanoacrylate) in place of the original part. It is worth degreasing the surface and working carefully with tweezers so as not to scratch the colored layer. The panel is meant for Nakajima Ki-43-II models in 1:72 scale.
This is an accessory for the cockpit, not a complete kit. Glue and the base model are not included in the package.
