A set of seat belts for the cockpit of a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 109F and the early G versions in 1:72 scale. It replaces an element that kits in this scale usually deal with only as a hinted relief.
Responsibility details are not available.
Seat belts are the first thing a viewer sees in an open cockpit. In 1:72 scale plastic kits either hint at them with a shallow relief on the seat or leave them out altogether, so the space around the seat looks empty. A separate set of belts solves that shortcoming: the parts have a thickness that a plastic part in this scale does not have, and they can be folded, sagged over the edge of the seat and laid out so that they look put down rather than arranged.
According to its name the set is made for the Messerschmitt Bf 109F and the early G versions in 1:72 scale. The Bf 109 was a German single-seat low-wing fighter of the Second World War, and the F and G versions form its later, aerodynamically cleaned-up development line. Check this in the maker's instructions before buying. The same instructions also state what the parts are made of and how they are fixed.
Fit the belts before you close a fuselage half; a finished cockpit is hard to reach. Work with fine-tipped tweezers and over a mat, not over a carpet: in this scale the parts are smaller than a fingernail. Dose the glue in the smallest possible amount, carried on the tip of a toothpick. Make the folds over the edge of a blade, so that the crease comes out sharp, and leave the ends of the belts hanging loosely, so that the cockpit looks alive.
The set of belts alone is supplied. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
