The cover fits over the open fighting compartment and closes it off with realistically sagging fabric, complete with modeled folds and tie-downs. It is a quick way to give the model a period-correct look that works well in a diorama, without touching the interior.
This is a resin casting for more experienced modelers. Wash the mold release residue off the part before gluing, carefully cut off the casting block, glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and protect your airways while sanding. The folds come to life once the part is painted with highlighted edges and lightly blended shades.
The set holds a resin accessory only. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
