The C-160 Transall is a medium tactical transport aircraft developed jointly by French and German manufacturers in the 1960s. The high-wing layout with a rear cargo ramp allows troops and materiel to be carried and operation from short and unprepared surfaces. The aircraft served for decades with the Luftwaffe, the French Air Force and further operators.
Assemble the fuselage and the deep engine nacelles carefully and watch the correct seating of the high-mounted wing. Given the striking finish it is a good idea to plan the painting order in advance, mask the cockpit and the windows and work with an airbrush. The eye-catching scheme comes into its own on a smoothly leveled and varnished surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
