An injection-molded plastic kit of the Boeing 757-300 airliner in the popular collector scale of 1:144 from Zvezda. The box holds plastic parts, decals and instructions; the model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The assembled model reaches a length of about 38 cm.
The Boeing 757-300 is the longest variant of the successful narrow-body 757 series. Against the 757-200 it offered a stretched fuselage and a higher capacity of around 243 to 280 passengers. It was built around the turn of the millennium and only a little over fifty were completed, which makes it an interesting and less usual addition to a collection of airliners.
Use a thin modeling cement on the plastic joints. Take care to line up the long fuselage precisely so that no gaps open along the spine. We recommend a primer before the paint goes on; the smooth surfaces of an airliner will appreciate an airbrush and a good gloss varnish under the decals. Mask the cockpit glazing and the windows.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
