An injection-molded plastic kit of the British Sopwith Pup fighter aircraft in 1:144 scale from Valom in the Dual Combo version, which holds two complete models in one package. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted, with parts in plastic, a photo-etched fret and a decal sheet. The small scale and the fine parts place the build with the more patient modelers rather.
The Sopwith Pup was a British single-seat fighter aircraft of the First World War, which stood out for easy handling and good flying qualities. It was fielded with the units of the Royal Flying Corps as well as the Royal Naval Air Service, where it also proved itself taking off from the decks of ships. Despite its modest performance it was among the popular and agile machines of its day.
Separate the small parts with a sharp knife and glue them with precisely dosed cement for plastic or with cyanoacrylate glue. The photo-etched parts will firm up the detail, and you will manage to imitate the rigging and the struts with fine thread. Lay delicate shades on with an airbrush and finish the covering with the decals; a final clear coat will even the surface out.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
