The Sukhoi Su-24M is a Soviet two-seat frontal bomber with a wing of variable geometry. The crew sits side by side, which is unusual with combat aircraft of this category. The outer parts of the wing are set in flight into several positions: spread for takeoff, landing and economical flight, swept for a fast pass at low altitude. Version M brought reworked equipment for navigation and for attacking ground targets compared with the original machine. The silhouette is made up of an angular fuselage, a pair of jet engines and side air intakes.

In 1:144 scale cleanliness of work counts more than the number of details. Sand and polish the fuselage joints carefully, because on a small area every irregularity is visible. Bring the panel lines out only faintly, as a pronounced dark line breaks a model up optically. Whether the wing is movable, or whether the position is chosen permanently during the build, think through according to the instructions before gluing, as afterward it cannot be taken back.
