The Art Scale 1:48 B-25J Mitchell, part 7, US Dogface Squadron, Yahoudi decal set for the American bomber in the Mediterranean, in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale from the Czech maker Art Scale is devoted to the American twin-engined B-25J Mitchell bomber deployed in the Mediterranean. It is not a kit but an accessory for marking a finished model; a sheet of technical stencils is included.
The North American B-25 Mitchell was among the most widespread Allied medium bombers of the Second World War. Aircraft from Italian bases supported the Allied advance on the Mediterranean and Italian fronts; personal names and lettering on the fuselage were a typical feature of the crews.
Apply the decals over a gloss varnish to prevent silvering at the edges. Soak the motif briefly, slide it into place, soak up the surplus water and press it down. On large areas and lettering a softener and setting solution help, and at the end unify the surface with a coat of varnish.
The package contains decals only; the kit, paints and glue are not part of it.
