About product

M5A1 Stuart accessories set 1, 1:16 (Black Dog)

A resin set of accessories from Black Dog in the large 1:16 scale, intended to enrich the plastic model of the M5A1 Stuart light tank. It is a collection of stowage and gear, not a tank kit; it brings the model to life with faithfully rendered field equipment.

The real subject

The M5A1 Stuart was an American light tank of the Second World War, used by Allied units on a number of fronts. The crews routinely piled stowage, crates, tarpaulins and personal gear onto the vehicles, which adds to the credibility of a model.

Use

  • Wash the mold release residue off the parts and cut off the casting blocks.
  • Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
  • Sand with your airways protected.
  • Arrange and weather the stowage according to your own composition.

Who it is for

  • More advanced modelers of the large scale.
  • Diorama builders who want to bring a tank to life with field equipment.

The accessory does not include the tank model itself, glue or paints.
