The large figure 1:16 Seva Suit from the Spalah brand represents a character in a hermetically sealed protective suit with a spherical helmet.
Responsibility details are not available.
A standing figure in a full-body sealed suit with a rigid spherical helmet and with a hose leading to a unit on the back. In its hands it holds a submachine gun lowered against the body, on the thighs it carries pouches, on the knees pads and across the torso a harness of straps. In the world the figure comes from, the designation Seva belongs to the heaviest protective equipment for the most contaminated places, and the casting shows it with every seal and fold.
Printing from resin calls for a different routine from injected plastic: wash off the remains from printing, remove the supports, sand their marks down, join with super glue and sand only with a respirator. The large smooth areas of the suit will not forgive a scratch, so look them over against the light before spraying the primer. Rubber and textile parts come out best after a dark filter and fine lightening of the edges and the raised parts.
For more experienced figure modelers who can handle resin and want a striking piece for a display case with a technical rather than a uniformed look. The large scale invites detailed shading of the visors and the hoses.
It is supplied as an unpainted casting for adult collectors; the box does not hold paints or glue.
