A decal set in 1:48 scale devoted to the postwar service of the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IXc and Mk.IXe fighters with Greece and Turkey. It is the second part of a themed series and a limited edition. The set brings several color markings that allow less usual aircraft outside the traditional British camouflage to be built. It is not a kit but an accessory decal sheet for a Spitfire model.
The Spitfire Mk.IX was among the most successful versions of the legendary British fighter and after the Second World War it served with a number of countries. Both the Royal Hellenic Air Force and the Turkish Air Force operated Spitfire Mk.IXs in the postwar period, when the aircraft carried different national insignia and serial numbers.
