A self-adhesive masking set from Art Scale intended for models of the Aichi D3A1 Val in 1:32 scale. The one-sided (express) version covers the glazing from the outside and leaves only the frames exposed, which you then spray accurately and with sharp edges. It is not a kit but an accessory that speeds up painting the cockpit.
The Aichi D3A, known to the Allies as the Val, was a Japanese carrier dive bomber of the Second World War. It took part in practically all the main operations of the Imperial Japanese Navy, including the attack on Pearl Harbor. The large 1:32 scale puts the emphasis on clean and straight framing of the extensive glazing.
The set contains the masks only; paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
