A modeling paint from the AMMO of Mig Jimenez range in the metallic shade Pale Burnt Metal.
Responsibility details are not available.
Pale Burnt Metal is a shade from the group of metallic tones in the AMMO of Mig Jimenez range. As its name suggests, it aims at lighter metal marked by heat, of the kind found on surfaces exposed to fire and long service. Such a tone suits everywhere that purely glossy metal would look new: on exhausts and the area around them, on nozzles, on worn metal covers and on places where the coat has rubbed off the edges.
Mix the contents of the bottle properly before use so that the settled metallic component is dispersed; with metallic shades that is an essential step. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging, that is the thinner intended for this line. Apply the paint in thin coats onto a smooth base, because the metallic look stands or falls on how smooth the surface beneath it is. Let the paint dry between coats and apply masking tape only to a properly cured surface.
Metallic shades tend to be sensitive to final clear coats, which can take the sheen away from them. Try the procedure on a piece of plastic, therefore, before you touch the model. With a brush, apply the paint quickly and do not go back into a coat that has set, otherwise the strokes will remain visible. Close the bottle carefully after use and wipe the thread.
Thinner, clear coat, a brush and an airbrush are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
