Maschinen Krieger is a fantasy world with hardware of its own, which holds its place in modeling above all thanks to the 1:20 scale and thanks to a treatment that is not a matter of course in science fiction: the machines are meant to look worn and used, not like freshly made props. Precisely for that reason these models are built differently from smooth futuristic hardware, and they reward work with wear.
It is a plastic kit in 1:20 scale, that is a set of parts to be glued together and painted. Which arrangement of the line the package holds, what the number of parts is and what the decal sheet offers, are given on the box and in the instructions of the maker.
Dry fit the parts before gluing and check the mating surfaces. Cut the excess material and the traces of production away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the rest down. Use a cement intended for plastic models. With fantasy hardware no single correct coloring binds you, but it still pays to hold to one idea: choose the setting in which the machine serves and adapt the shades, the degree of age and the color of the deposits to it. Wash and degrease the areas before painting. Build the wear up in layers, from shading the seams through accenting the edges to dust and traces of rust; let every layer dry.
Paints, glue, thinner and tools are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
