A green SX-Art tint film for the Typhoon-K armored vehicle in 1:72 scale gives the glazing of the model the greenish cast of armored glass. An accessory for a model, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This self-adhesive tint film from SX-Art is intended for the clear parts of a model of the Typhoon-K wheeled armored vehicle in 1:72 scale. It differs from the basic variant in its green shade of tint, which suits cases where you want to imitate the greenish cast of thick laminated glass. It is not a kit, but an accessory for a model.
The windows and vision ports are very small in 1:72 and the parts of the film match. They can hardly be picked up with your fingers, they fold easily and they blow away. Have ready fine-tipped tweezers, the tip of a sharp knife to lift a part off its backing, a soft wooden stick to press it down and good light; with a magnifier the work goes incomparably better. Work over a light-colored surface so that you can find a small part if it falls.
Wash and degrease the clear part, otherwise the film will not adhere. Lift a part with the knife, move it with tweezers and lay it on dry first; do not touch the adhesive side with your fingers. Once the position is right, press it down with the soft stick from the center toward the edges. The most comfortable way is to tint the moldings before gluing them into the hull. Do not spray varnish over the film, as it would lose the shine it is used for.
