Self-adhesive, precisely pre-cut Art Scale painting masks in the express fit version for the plastic model of the twin-engine Aero C-3A aircraft in 1:48 scale. The set is an accessory for painting, not a kit. The pieces are numbered and ready to be laid on quickly according to the instructions. The single-sided version masks the glazing frames from the outside. The masks are shaped to the Aero C-3A kit from Special Hobby.
The masks are stuck onto the cockpit glazing and the other areas that are to stay unpainted. The film follows the shapes of the frames, so the paint transitions are crisp and straight and the lengthy cutting of tape falls away. The set suits an airbrush in particular.
The Aero C-3A is the Czechoslovak license-built version of the German twin-engine Siebel Si 204. After the Second World War it served as a transport and training machine and became one of the common types of the postwar Czechoslovak Air Force.
The masks are neither paint nor a model. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
