Resin GE CF6-80E engines for the Airbus A330 (1:144, LACI)

This is not an aircraft model but a detailed resin set of two General Electric CF6-80E engines for a build of the twin-engine Airbus A330 airliner in 1:144 scale. The set replaces the engine nacelles from the base kit with more faithful castings.

What the set is for

The resin engines give the nacelles a realistic shape of the intake and the exhaust section and make it possible to build the correct powerplant for a particular version of the A330. The parts are shaped for the matching A330 kit in this scale.

Usage tips

Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Level the leading edges of the intakes by sanding; protect your airways when working with resin.
