A set of accurate center-lock wheel nuts for a model of the Sauber-Mercedes C9 sports prototype in 1:24 scale. This accessory from the Japanese brand Top Studio replaces the simplified nuts from the kit with a convincing miniature of the real quick-release wheel system.
The Sauber C9 with its Mercedes engine was a successful Group C prototype of the late 1980s, famous for winning the 1989 24 Hours of Le Mans. The center nuts are one of the characteristic details of its wheels.
Separate the nuts carefully and clean them up, fit them onto the wheel axles and fix them with a small drop of super glue. We recommend a metallic or anodized shade and a light wash to bring out the hexagon.
