Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the fictional racing special Super Asurada AKF-11 in 1:24 scale. The model comes from the model range of the Japanese manufacturer Aoshima devoted to the machines from the world of Cyber Formula and captures their typical shape, that is, the body of a single-seat formula car supplemented by aerodynamic elements that have no counterpart in real motorsport.
The real subject is not an actual racing car but a machine from a fictional racing world. Compared with models of real formula cars that means freer shaping, striking aerodynamic additions and a color scheme characteristic of the given machine. The designation AKF-11 belongs to a particular machine from this range, and the individual kits of the series differ from one another in the machine and in its configuration.
The body is the main shape of the whole model, so it pays to give time to preparing the surface. Sand the mold seams down, go over them with fine paper and polishing, and only then apply a primer. The color schemes of these machines tend to be saturated and glossy, which means spraying in thin coats and leaving enough time between them for drying. Overcoat with gloss varnish before the decals, so that no silver edge appears anywhere, and once the decals have dried apply the final varnish according to the gloss you want. Finish and paint the small parts and the cockpit before you close the body. The model is not normally weathered; the aim is a clean, glossy surface.
The model is supplied as a kit, that is, unassembled. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
