A color photo-etched set of racing seat belts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:24 scale, rendered as Sabelt four-point belts in red. The pre-printed belts with faithful texture and metal buckles replace flat plastic suggestions and markedly bring the seats of a racing car interior to life. The set is conceived as a universal accessory for car and formula models in 1:24 scale and is usable in 1:25 as well. It is not a car model but a detail accessory; the base kit has to be bought separately.
Four-point sports belts from Sabelt are typical equipment in racing and modified cars. They hold the driver firmly in the seat and their deep red finish is a striking element in an interior. Faithful belts are among the details that most raise the realism of a racing car model.
Carefully nip the belts out and bend them on a hard surface so that they drape naturally over the seat. They are glued with a small drop of super glue. The color finish is not painted over; it is only fixed with matte varnish if needed. For a faithful look, let the belts hang freely over the edges of the cushion.
The accessory is supplied on its own. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
