The Eduard Seatbelts USAF and USN WWII late 1:24 photo-etched set of safety belts (late pattern). A universal accessory from a Czech maker, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched set from Eduard holding the seat belts of the US Army Air Forces and the US Navy of the Second World War period, in the late pattern, in the large 1:24 scale. It is an aftermarket accessory for detailing the seats of aircraft models, not a kit. Eduard is a Czech maker from Obrnice near Most.
The set replaces flat plastic belts with faithfully formed metal ones, buckles and fittings included. It usually comes pre-printed in color, so the belts read realistically without complicated painting. In the large 1:24 scale the fineness of the work stands out particularly well. It is universal in use for American machines of that period with the late pattern of belts.
Separate the parts with a sharp blade and form the belts carefully so that they lie naturally over the seat. Use super glue for gluing. The printed features can be fitted directly, or picked out gently.
This is a photo-etched detail accessory, not a stand-alone model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
