This is a detail accessory, not a vehicle model. The set contains resin (3D-printed) ignition and wiring elements for four-cylinder engines in 1:24 scale. It serves to complete the engine bay convincingly with a distributor and the leads running to the individual cylinders. The manufacturer is Yamamoto Model Parts.
The ignition leads are among the most noticeable details of an open engine bay. Convincingly made leads and a distributor add to the credibility of the engine and bring it to life far more than a bare block does. The set is prepared for a four-cylinder layout.
Cut the tiny parts off the print supports over a light-colored surface and wash them free of uncured resin. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Route the leads in smooth curves to the individual cylinders and set them apart in color from the engine block.
A resin accessory, supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
