A color photo-etched set of racing seat belts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:24 scale, rendered as four-point Sparco belts in blue. The pre-printed belts with faithful texture and metal buckles replace flat molded suggestions and bring the seats of a racing car interior markedly to life. The set is conceived as a universal accessory for models of cars and single-seaters in 1:24 scale and can be used in 1:25 as well. It is not a car model but a detail accessory; the base kit has to be obtained separately.
Four-point sports belts from Sparco are among the typical equipment of racing and modified cars. They hold the driver firmly in the seat, and their blue version is a striking element in an interior. Faithful belts are among the details that raise the realism of a racing car model the most.
Carefully nip the belts out and bend them on a hard surface so that they drape naturally over the seat. They are bonded with a tiny drop of super glue. The color finish is not painted over; it is only sealed with a matte coat if needed. For a faithful look, let the belts hang freely over the edges of the seat cushion.
The accessory is supplied on its own. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
