Glazier Blue is a blue shade from the Opaque Colors modeling line by Green Stuff World. The name of the line denotes, with this maker, opaque shades, that is paints meant for covering a surface rather than for tinting. Blue is a color a palette cannot do without: you need it for clothing, for glass, for cool highlights and also as a counterweight to the warm browns and oranges that predominate on most models.
Where the color is used
On figures it is tunics, cloaks, trousers and blue items of equipment. On vehicles it is enameled details, instruments, plates, containers and blue accents on machines. On dioramas it suits a water surface in combination with other tones, and window panes. It is interesting as a complementary color to orange as well, because the pair of blue and orange makes the strongest contrast possible on a model.
It will be taken up by modelers of figures, by collectors of fantasy busts and by modelers of vehicles who need a blue detail. Shades from one line mix with each other without trouble, so you can make your own transitions from dark blue to light out of them. The paint can be used on plastic, resin and metal models, provided the surface is clean and prepared with a primer.
Keep out of the reach of children. Work on a protected surface and in a well-ventilated room, and wash your hands afterward.
