Hexagonal nuts with washers 0.6 mm (GAS HANS)

The set contains hexagonal nuts with an integral washer, 0.6 mm in size, 3D printed from resin. Sharp edges and a regular shape imitate a real nutted joint faithfully where plastic offers no more than a hint of one. This is a detail accessory, not a kit.

Use

  • Imitating nutted joints on engines, landing gear, panels and tanks.
  • The part is separated from the carrier frame and glued with cyanoacrylate (superglue).
  • Drilling a small dimple beforehand helps to place it accurately.
  • The 0.6 mm size is one of the universally usable dimensions for the middle scales.

For advanced modelers of aircraft, vehicles and ships who want fine detail beyond the base kit. We recommend tweezers, a magnifier and a steady hand.

The accessory is supplied unpainted. Handle it over a tray; protect your airways when sanding resin.
