This is not a kit of a vehicle or of a building but a diorama accessory: a set of roof tiles in 1:35 scale. According to the name they are parts made by 3D printing and there are two groups of pieces, 100 and 22. The maker is Offset Scale Models, a brand that makes dozens of small accessories and figures across scales from 1:144 to 1:24.
A roof is one of the few areas on a diorama that the viewer sees whole, and at the same time it tends to be the first thing that disappears in a strike or a fire. That is precisely why sets of tiles are used in two ways. Either you cover the area regularly and get a kept-up building, or you lay the tiles out discontinuously: a few rows stay on the roof truss and the rest lies scattered on the ground and in the rubble. The second variant tends to be the more rewarding, because it brings movement and a story into the scene. The division into two counts of pieces plays into this work, because you can use one group on the area and the other on the wreckage.
Fired roofing is never uniform: play the base brick-red tone out with several shades toward brown, ocher and gray, so that the roof looks aged. A dark wash will bring out the gaps between the tiles, while light drybrushing will pull the edges out. Moss and dirt belong rather at the eaves and on the north side of a roof, not evenly everywhere. Dust the tiles scattered in a scene with the same tone as the surrounding terrain, so that they belong to it optically.
