Turned metal pitot tubes for the Aero L-39 Albatros trainer in 1:32 scale from MASTER.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of turned metal pitot tubes for a model of the Aero L-39 Albatros jet trainer in 1:32 scale. The Polish maker MASTER turns the parts from metal, so they have more faithful geometry and sharper detail than plastic moldings. A metal probe is at the same time more resistant to bending and damage than a thin plastic part.
The Aero L-39 Albatros is a Czechoslovak jet trainer and the successor to the L-29. It became one of the most widespread jet training aircraft in the world and serves in a number of countries to this day, among other things with aerobatic teams. The pitot tube on the nose is one of its typical details.
Cut off the plastic part from the kit and clean it up, drill a hole and glue the metal tube in with cyanoacrylate. The metal surface only needs degreasing and holds paint well after a primer. Fit the fine parts carefully and move them with tweezers.
This is not a model of an aircraft but a metal accessory. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
