This set of laser-cut plants from the Spanish firm AK Interactive represents bracken, one of the most typical plants of forest undergrowth, the edges of tracks and overgrown ruins. The fine, pre-colored leaves are cut with high precision, so once shaped they look very convincing. The set is universal for 1:32 and 1:35 scale, so it suits above all military equipment, figures and aviation dioramas in large scales.

Use

• Carefully take the individual plants out of the sheet with tweezers or a sharp knife.
• Bend the leaves lightly and shape them into a natural curve; flat leaves look artificial.
• Glue the ferns into the terrain with PVA or super glue, ideally in groups.
• You can tune the color tone with a fine dry brush or with pigments to match the surrounding scene.
