About product

Luftwaffe pedals – early version 1:32 (Quickboost)

This is a resin detail accessory for the cockpit, not a kit. The set contains finely cast rudder pedals used in German fighters in the Second World War, rendered as the early version. The definition and the delicacy of the casting are far beyond ordinary plastic parts and they are clearly visible in an open cockpit.

Use and fitting

Separate the pedals from the casting gates, clean them and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Once the clear coat is on, it is worth bringing the metal parts out with a dark wash so that the texture stands out. Because the parts are small, we recommend working with tweezers.

Who it is for

  • Builders of German fighters in 1:32 with an open cockpit
  • Anyone interested in a faithful early form of the control pedals
  • Modelers used to working with small resin parts

It comes as a resin accessory, unassembled and unpainted; the base model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.

FAQ

The early and the late Luftwaffe pedals differed in their design; this set matches the early version. The late version comes as a separate item.

No, it is a small resin accessory for a cockpit, not an aircraft kit.

With cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); the parts are small, so we recommend tweezers.
