This Quickboost resin detail set contains precisely cast replacement machine gun barrels for models of the Gloster Gladiator biplane in 1:32 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that replaces the less faithful plastic parts from the base kit.
The resin barrels have drilled muzzles and finely marked cooling ribs, so that the weapons look more realistic than the castings from the box. Fitting is a simple replacement of the original parts.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut them carefully off the casting blocks and clean the surfaces up with respiratory protection. Use cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) for bonding. The barrels are usually painted in metallic shades, and light highlighting suits them as well.
This is an add-on detail set in resin, not a model. Paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
