Yahu Models colored photo-etched instrument panel I.A.R. 81 in 1:32 scale is a finished cockpit accessory for a faithful instrument panel on a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This product is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory for the cockpit. It is a colored photo-etched instrument panel for the Romanian I.A.R. 81 fighter from Yahu Models. The panel is pre-printed in realistic colors including the dials, so painting the gauges is avoided. The self-adhesive JustStick system makes accurate seating easier.
The I.A.R. 81 was a Romanian fighter and dive bomber of the Second World War, derived from the home-designed I.A.R. 80 fighter. It was used on the Eastern Front and in the defense of Romanian airspace. Its cockpit with classic instruments is a rewarding place to bring out detail.
Degrease the panel, nip it from the fret and glue it onto the plastic instrument panel. The glass of the gauges can be suggested with a drop of clear gloss varnish. The set is intended for the matching kit of this fighter in the same scale.
This is a cockpit accessory, not an aircraft model. The base kit is not included in the package.
