Canopy glazing masks for a model of the Kawasaki Ki-45 Toryu in 1:32 scale, for a closed canopy and for both the outer and the inner side of the clear part.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Kawasaki Ki-45 Toryu was a twin-engine heavy fighter of Japanese aviation, which the Allies knew under the name Nick. In the large 1:32 scale its long, multi-framed cockpit for a crew of two stands out, and that tends to be the most laborious part of the preparation before painting.
Glazing masks for the variant with a closed canopy, and that for the outer as well as the inner side. The inner elements let you spray the visible surface of the frame from inside, so that after assembly the frame does not stay bare and clear on the inside. The exact range of the set is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Work from the inside out: first apply the inner masks, spray the cockpit shade, then fit the outer masks to the part and only at the end spray the outer finish.
The set suits a modeler who is building the Ki-45 in 1:32 scale with a closed canopy and wants the lines of the frame sharp from both sides. The masks are shaped to a particular kit, so compare beforehand which kit you have. This is an accessory to a model: the kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
