This resin set brings a faithfully rendered KM-1 ejection seat in 1:32 scale, intended for models of Soviet fighters such as the MiG-21 or the MiG-23. It holds fine relief of the seat shell, the harness and the controls, which the plastic part from the kit usually simplifies. This is not an airplane model but a detail accessory.
The KM-1 is a Soviet ejection seat used in a number of fighters of the Cold War era, among them the MiG-21 and MiG-23 types. It provides for the pilot's escape by leaving the aircraft in an emergency. A faithfully rendered seat brings the pilot's compartment of a model markedly to life.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and protect your airways when sanding. Paint in the harness and the details with a brush and pick out the recesses with a wash for a three-dimensional look.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin accessory. Glue, paints and the airplane model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
