MiG-29UB interior 1:32 (Quinta Studio)

A colored 3D printed set of interior detail from Quinta Studio in 1:32 scale. The set is meant to raise the realism of the cockpit of the two-seat trainer version of the MiG-29UB considerably. Raised 3D elements with the coloring already done take over the job of both photo-etch and decals for the instrument panels and the side consoles of both cockpits. The set is made for the Trumpeter kit.

What the set contains and what it is for

These are 3D printed details on carrier decal paper with realistic color printing, which replace or supplement the instrument panels, the side consoles and other elements of the cockpit. Thanks to the raised structure the instruments and the switches look three-dimensional.

Use

• it is not an airplane model but an add-on for detailing the cockpit
• go over the area with a gloss coat, dip the part in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slide it off the paper into place
• the elements have no adhesive layer of their own, they hold on the gloss coat, and on an uneven shape a drop of cyanoacrylate glue helps
• do not use a decal softener or a decal setting solution, as they attack the printed resin

For modelers who want to lift the interior of the two-seat MiG-29UB and who appreciate realistic colored detail without slowly painting the individual instruments.

This is an add-on set, not a model in its own right. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package.
