1:32 Skyraider bombs stripes masks

Masks for the stripes on Skyraider bombs 1:32, New Ware

A set of self-adhesive masks made from thin Japanese masking tape (kabuki) in 1:32 scale, intended for precisely spraying the colored identification stripes on the aircraft bombs carried by the Douglas A-1 Skyraider attack aircraft. It is not a kit and not the bombs themselves, but an accessory that makes painting them easier.

Use

• Transfer the masks onto the body of a bomb that is already painted and sealed with a clear coat.
• Press the tape down carefully all the way around so that the paint cannot creep under the edge.
• Spray the shade of the stripe, let it become tacky and lift the mask carefully.
• Painting gives a cleaner and more durable result than decal stripes.

Who it is for

Suitable for more advanced aircraft modelers building the Skyraider in the large 1:32 scale who want the color stripes on the bombs sprayed rather than applied as decals.

The accessory does not contain the bombs or a model. Paints and clear coat are not included in the package.
