This item is a set of photo-etched seat belts for the cockpit of a Spitfire Mk.IXc fighter model in 1:32 scale, not an aircraft model. Eduard uses the STEEL designation for etched parts in steel instead of the usual brass sheet: steel holds a shaped position better, so the straps stay naturally curved and do not spring back flat. The manufacturer is the Czech company Eduard.
The Spitfire Mk.IX was one of the most successful versions of the British fighter: an airframe of the earlier version fitted with a more powerful two-stage supercharged engine. The letter c in the designation refers to the so-called universal wing, which allowed various combinations of gun armament. In 1:32 scale the cockpit of the aircraft is large and open to view, especially if the door and the canopy are left open. The pilot's harness is a detail that plastic kits usually address only with a suggested relief on the seat, or not at all.
Steel etched parts are springier and stronger than brass ones, but harder to cut: always use a scalpel on a hard surface, not scissors. Shape the straps gradually over a rounded tool until they take on a natural sag; steel will keep the shape. Bend the buckles and hardware with flat-jawed tweezers. Use a minimal amount of super glue to attach them to the seat and the frame. Give unpainted etched parts a primer intended for metal first, otherwise the paint holds poorly on smooth steel. Check with the manufacturer whether the particular version is pre-painted.
