Eduard 1:32 Tempest Mk. VI is a set of precisely cut masks for spraying the canopy glazing of a model of the British Hawker Tempest Mk.VI fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of masks in 1:32 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory for painting the frames of the glazed canopy of a Hawker Tempest Mk.VI model cleanly. The masks are cut to fit the canopy, so the frames come out crisp and even without the tedious cutting of masking tape. Sets of this type usually also contain masks for the wheels.
The Hawker Tempest was a British fighter from the end of the Second World War, developed from the Typhoon with a new, thinner wing. It excelled in high speed at low altitude. The Mk.VI version was powered by the Sabre engine and was deployed above all in the postwar period in the Middle East.
Take the masks off the sheet, place them on the glazing and press them down. Apply the paint with an airbrush in thin coats. The interior shade is usually sprayed first, then the covering color of the frames. Once dry, take the masks off and gently wipe away any adhesive residue.
This is a masking accessory, not a model. Paints, glue and the kit itself are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
