The largest of the commonly available cases of this range. The inner space of 470 x 320 x 185 mm is sized for sizable models: the manufacturer offers it above all for car models in large scales, where an ordinary case is short in length and in height alike. The cover is of clear acrylic, so the model is visible from every side while being enclosed.
The height of 185 mm also makes it right for models with taller superstructures, masts or open doors. Before you order it, measure your model including the parts that stick out beyond the outline: on cars those are the mirrors and spoilers, on military subjects the barrel and the antennas. Leave at least two centimeters of margin all around, so that the model can be put inside without rubbing against the walls. It is also a good idea to place a large area of acrylic where direct sun does not reach.
Clean the acrylic with a soft cloth and a product for plastics, never dry, because the surface scratches easily.
