This is a resin detail set, not a kit. It contains the main landing gear wheels with four-spoke hubs and finely shaped, slightly weighted (settled) tires plus a tail wheel. The parts directly replace the plastic wheels of models of the Hawker Hurricane Mk.I and Mk.II in 1:32 scale.
The Hawker Hurricane was a British fighter that played a key role in the Battle of Britain. The weighting of the tires and a faithful shape of the hubs are among the details that fundamentally influence how realistically a model standing on the ground comes across.
Wash the wheels clean of the mold release agent and separate them from the casting blocks. They are bonded with super glue, usually without the need for complicated adjustments. Paint the tires in a matte blackish gray and the hubs in the shade of the airframe; fine dust around the circumference supports the realism.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
