A decal sheet in 1:35 scale with markings on a Nicaraguan theme for the Staghound Mk I armored car, the M4A3E8 Sherman, the Dodge M37 truck and the CV.33 Ansaldo tankette.
Responsibility details are not available.
The decal sheet in 1:35 scale is built around hardware used in Nicaragua and carries markings for four different machines at once: the Staghound Mk I armored car, the M4A3E8 Sherman with 105 mm armament, the Dodge M37 truck and the Italian CV.33 Ansaldo tankette. It is therefore a mixed sheet that covers tracked and wheeled hardware in one scale.
What it holds are signs, numbers and lettering for the machines listed. How many variants the sheet offers and exactly where the individual elements belong is given by the diagram enclosed with the sheet; by it you can also tell which elements belong to the same vehicle and which are alternatives.
Cut the decals out one at a time and close to the edge of the print. Even the area out with gloss varnish in advance, so that no air is trapped under an element and no visible light edge forms. Lay an element down from one edge and, on an intricate surface, press it gently with a soft brush once it is seated, so that it follows the shape of the part. Let the finished markings dry thoroughly and only then even them out with a matte or semi-matte varnish. The exact application procedure is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
The sheet will be appreciated by modelers who want to set their build apart from the usual European and North African schemes. It suits kits of the types listed in 1:35 scale regardless of the manufacturer, but it fits only where the shape of the part matches the chosen variant. The kit, the paints and the glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
