Cromwell lifting eyes 1:48 is a fine resin set of hull fittings for superdetailing models of the British Cromwell tank in the smaller scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set of lifting eyes for models of the British Cromwell tank in 1:48 scale. This is an accessory, not a kit of the vehicle. The lifting eyes are small cast fittings on the hull and the turret by which the real tank was slung when handled with a crane. The set replaces coarser or simplified parts from the base model and adds to its credibility.
The Cromwell was a fast British cruiser tank of the Second World War with the Rolls-Royce Meteor engine derived from an aircraft engine. It served with British and Allied armored units above all from 1944. In the smaller 1:48 scale, fine details such as lifting eyes are all the more valuable, because they markedly bring out the character of the armor surface.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and carefully separate them from the casting blocks. Glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Given the small dimensions in 1:48, work with tweezers and protect your airways when sanding.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
