A self-healing Model Craft cutting mat from the Value line in A5 format (approximately 230 x 160 mm). The mat has a multi-layer sandwich construction of PVC which closes up again after light cuts, so the surface stays smooth, the life of the mat and of the blade edges is extended and the worktop is protected. A measuring grid is printed on the surface for precise, straight cuts. The compact A5 format is ideal for travel and for a small working space.
The smaller mat suits plastic modelers, art and hobby work and also work in a travel box or in a limited space where a large mat would be in the way.
Use sharp blades and cut with reasonable pressure; under extreme pressure or when cutting with a hot tool the surface can be damaged.
