The package contains two sheets of very thin self-adhesive aluminum foil about 0.01 mm thick (without a carrier film). The foil conforms perfectly even to a delicately shaped surface on a model and, thanks to a mild acrylic adhesive, it holds without doing needless damage. It makes it possible to imitate a metal (aluminum) surface without using special paints.
Suitable for modelers who want a realistic metal look or accurate masking. The foil cuts well and shapes well on curved surfaces.
When masking, make sure the edges of the foil lie down well, and apply the paint in thin coats, otherwise it could creep under the foil.
