This resin conversion set serves to convert a model of the F-16 C fighter in 1:48 scale into the Israeli Barak Block 30 version. It usually combines 3D printed and resin parts with additional elements and is intended for more experienced modelers. It is an accessory from the Czech maker Kopecky Scale Models, not a model on its own.
Barak is the Israeli designation for the F-16, which has served with the Israel Defense Forces since the 1980s. The Block 30 version brought a wider air intake and further changes; Israeli machines differ in a range of antennas, sensors and specific installations, which the set captures.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and clean them up. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and protect your airways when sanding resin. The conversion calls for cutting and reworking the plastic of the base kit, so follow the enclosed instructions and period photographs.
