Water is part of every crew's equipment as much a matter of course as ammunition, and yet it is often missing from models. This set supplies it in the form of ten twenty-liter containers of the kind carried by United States and Canadian units. In the large scale the structure of the body and the shape of the handles stand out too.
It differs from a fuel one above all in its wide neck and a different cap, from which you can drink or fill a field bottle. The container is of a material suitable for drinking water, so the contents do not pick up a taste even after longer storage. The color also used to differ, so that the crew would not confuse the two containers in poor light; mistaking fuel for water has consequences that cannot be put right.
Separate the printed pieces from the carrier grid and level the flash with a file. Resin takes acrylic as well as lacquer paints, they just have to be applied in thin coats. A little dried mud around the bottom and wear on the handles will turn a new container into an object that has already seen some service.
The package comes without paints and without glue; the pieces only need to be released from the printing grid and fitted.
