1:35 Autoblinda AB-43 is a Hauler photo-etched accessory set for a kit of the Italian armored car, not a model of the vehicle. It adds fine metal parts where injection-molded plastic is too coarse for the scale.

A photo-etched set from the Czech maker Hauler for a kit of the Italian armored car. In the package there is no model but accessory metal parts for a kit you already own; the set is cut for one particular kit, from Italeri. The point of such a set is simple - on a light wheeled vehicle a large part of the look is made up of the small elements on the surface of the hull, and it is precisely those that are always molded thicker in plastic than the scale would call for.
The Autoblinda AB-43 was a later development version of the Italian armored car of the AB series. The vehicle had all-wheel drive and two driving positions for travel in either direction and was meant above all for reconnaissance and patrol duty. Against the earlier version it was given a modified turret with heavier armament and further partial changes. It served in Italian units, and some of the cars built came into the use of other armies after 1943, which opens a fairly wide field of possibilities in color schemes for a modeler.
The underrated step in working with photo-etch is not the metal itself but the preparation of the plastic beneath it. The molded detail that the metal part is to replace has to be removed first - otherwise the photo-etch will not sit down and the gap cannot then be masked. Cut it away with a sharp scalpel drawn flat along the surface, sand the remainder with a sanding sponge from a coarser to a finer grit and finally polish the area over. Check it against the light as you go, to see whether the surface is wavy. Sanding creates a matte area on which super glue holds better than on glossy plastic. Always try the metal part dry first and note its position with a thin pencil. Once it is glued, leave the joint in peace long enough - metal has a different thermal expansion than plastic, and premature handling will loosen the joint. Use a primer on the metal, and only then the base paint.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit. The kit, glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
