Responsibility details are not available.
This is a diorama accessory in 1:35 scale, not a model of a vehicle. The manufacturer makes this subject in four diameters - 50, 60, 70 and 80 mm - and the figure in the name is the only detail by which the variants differ from one another. The largest of the four diameters offered is a landmark in its own right - an object around which a whole view can be built.
The largest reels carry heavy power lines and cables for traction or harbor machinery. Handling them calls for a crane, a special trailer or at least a firm support in which the reel turns on its axle. That is exactly why such reels stayed in one place for a long time and became a fixed part of a yard, a depot or a building site - including the fact that established paths and storage areas grew up around them.
In a view it pays to suggest that permanence. A reel with its support placed by a wall or by the rails, with material set down around it, looks more believable than an object standing in the middle of an open area. The dimensions of the package, the weight and the material are stated on the box; the diameter of 80 mm is given directly in the name.
