This is not a kit of a vehicle or of an aircraft but a diorama structure of the brand RT-Diorama in 1:35 scale. The subject is a factory building, that is industrial architecture, which on the battlefields of the Second World War was one of the most frequent and hardest kinds of ground of all.
The fighting for factories wrote itself into the history of ground warfare exceptionally strongly: large halls, brick masonry, steel structures and extensive spaces turned defense and attack alike into a fight for individual floors and corridors. For a modeler that is useful in two ways. First, an industrial structure offers enormous areas for weathering, rust, soot and dust, that is precisely what gives a diorama character. Second, it has a clear geometry around which equipment composes well: a vehicle along a wall, figures in an entrance, a view through an opening into the inside of the structure. The subject is moreover not limited to the war: it comes into its own in a civilian scene too, at an abandoned works or at a loading ramp.
Do not paint brick or concrete over the whole area in one tone. Play the base tone out with small variations between the individual bricks and areas, let a dark wash into the joints and pull the edges out with a light dry brush. Run the rust from the top downward, that is the way running water leads it, and the soot on the contrary above openings and in the places where smoke would escape. Leave the lower part of the walls dirtier, because rain bounces up into it. Finally tie the whole structure and the surrounding terrain together with a fine breath of dust, so that they belong together optically.
